Jaisalmer Fort

Raja Jaisal in 1156 built this marvelous Jaisalmer Fort. It is built with yellow colored sandstone. Since its inauguration till today it is standing tall with full of its vigor and courage. It has a wide and antique collection of wooden furniture belonging to that era. Its colorful windows painted with peacock green, rainbow blue and red color gives a multiplier effect to its beauty. Within its premises it has many other building separated as Hojra, Dewan-e-Aam, Paakshala etc which has its own utility depending upon the purpose. They all have beautiful walls, pillars, rooftops carved with miniature designs.

Patwon ki Haveli

Patwa was the specific merchant community belonging to Jain religion is another major attraction of Jaisalmer which cannot be afforded to be missed. It has beautiful interiors decorated with small pieces of mirrors, colorful windows, mesmerizing galleries, giant hallways have eye-catching view. Also the precious collection of magnificently crafted furniture along with other decorative items still looks afresh because of regular upkeep by government efforts.

Tazia Tower

Land of Marwar has long and vivid stories of the rules by various kings be it Mughals or Rajput. In that series Tazia Tower is that monument which makes one remind of Mughal Era on Marwar. It was built in 1886 Ad by Muslim artesian who built this 5 storied building giving it a just look alike Tazia. It has beautiful galleries bearing intricate bearing f magnificent art prevailing in that era.

Fort Rajwada

Golden City of Jaisalmer has another attraction for its tourist Fort Rajwada. Earlier it was living accommodation for Royal Families of Jitendra Singh Rathore and Shri Dileep Singh Rathore who later converted the palace into a fully furnished and eminent Heritage Hotel serving best in class of hospitality. Desert National Park

Gadi Sagar Lake

It is located in the south of Jaisalmer and an ideal place for migratory birds who comes on and often near about this area. This lake is responsible for supplying water to the entire city.

Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli

This haveli is the artistic creativity of two brothers who had unique ability and interest in architecture. The major point of attraction of Nathmal ji ki Haveli is the two giant elephants located at the main entrance of the Haveli built out of yellow sandstone. Pillars , walls and roof tops are painted and carved magnificently.
