● Yourdeposit and any progress payments are fully transferable to future travel with us at no additional cost if your tour is canceled due to government travel restrictions or if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days of your departure date.
● Foranyreason, if a government or public health authority orders you into a quarantine period, you must change your travel plans with us within 14 days of your departure date. In this case, Top Indian Holidays will not be responsible for any third-party expenses, cancellation fees, or pre-paid reservations, including but not limited to airline and cruise ship bookings.
● Anycosts resulting from changes you make to the tour between 14 days prior to the start date and the tour's end date are your responsibility and must be paid for within 24 hours of the change being made.
