Small Group Luxury Rajasthan Tour

12 Nights/13 Days   Fully Guided Tours   Private Car

Delhi - Agra - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Bundi - Udaipur - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Delhi

Trip Overview

The Small Group Luxury Rajasthan Tour is a premium 12-night, 13-day private journey exclusively designed for groups of no more than 12 travelers - an intimate scale that allows for a genuinely personal, unhurried, and deeply immersive experience of Rajasthan's most magnificent destinations. This is not a standard group tour. With a maximum of 12 guests, every aspect of the experience - the quality of hotels, the depth of guiding, the flexibility of the itinerary, and the overall sense of exclusivity - is elevated well beyond what a larger group can offer.

The itinerary is one of the most thoughtfully curated in our portfolio, combining Rajasthan's iconic highlights with two destinations that most tours overlook entirely. Ranthambore brings the thrill of an open-jeep tiger safari at dawn, while Bundi - a small, remarkably unspoiled royal town of painted havelis, ancient step-wells, and a dramatically situated hilltop fort - offers an authentic, unhurried glimpse of Rajasthan that the Pink City and Blue City, for all their grandeur, simply cannot replicate. Together, these two stops give this small group tour a depth and variety that sets it apart from every other Rajasthan itinerary.

Accommodation throughout is in carefully selected luxury heritage properties - palace hotels, converted havelis, and boutique heritage resorts - where the setting itself becomes part of the experience. Your expert guide, private coach, and round-the-clock travel support ensure that every day flows beautifully, leaving the group free to simply enjoy Rajasthan at its very finest.

Small Group Luxury Rajasthan Tour :- Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi Arrival

Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, our representative receives the group and transfers everyone to the luxury hotel in a private coach. The day is at leisure to rest and settle in. In the evening, the group gathers for a welcome dinner - a warm, convivial beginning to the journey where everyone gets to know each other over good food and the anticipation of what lies ahead. Overnight stay at luxury hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, the group sets out on a curated full-day Delhi tour with the expert guide. In Old Delhi, a cycle rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, a visit to the grand Jama Masjid, and a walk past the imposing red sandstone walls of the Red Fort bring India's Mughal past vividly to life. In New Delhi, the UNESCO-listed Humayun's Tomb and the towering Qutub Minar are followed by a scenic evening drive past India Gate and the grand boulevards of Lutyens' Delhi. Overnight stay at luxury hotel in Delhi.

Day 3 Delhi to Agra

After breakfast, the coach transfers the group to Agra (approx. 230 km / 4–5 hrs). Visit the formidable Agra Fort - a UNESCO World Heritage Site of red sandstone palaces, royal apartments, and riverside pavilions. In the evening, the group heads to Mehtab Bagh for a serene, crowd-free sunset view of the Taj Mahal glowing across the Yamuna - a quietly spectacular introduction to one of the world's greatest monuments. Overnight stay at luxury hotel in Agra.

Day 4 Taj Mahal Sunrise & Drive to Jaipur

An early start for the group's sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal - watching this extraordinary monument shift from pale rose to brilliant white in the first light of morning is one of those shared travel experiences that a group of 12 carries home together and never forgets. After breakfast, drive toward Jaipur stopping at the abandoned Mughal capital of Fatehpur Sikri - a UNESCO-listed red sandstone city of palaces and the monumental Buland Darwaza gateway. Arrive in Jaipur, check in to the luxury heritage hotel, and explore the walled city bazaars in the evening. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Jaipur.

Note: Taj Mahal is closed every Friday

Day 5 Jaipur Sightseeing - Part 1

After breakfast, the group heads to the iconic Amber Fort for the most celebrated Jaipur experience - the elephant ride up the cobbled ramp to the fort's grand gateway, overlooking the shimmering Maota Lake below. Inside, the dazzling Sheesh Mahal, the painted Ganesh Pol gateway, and sweeping hilltop views make this one of the finest fort experiences in all of India. In the afternoon, photograph the iconic Hawa Mahal, the floating Jal Mahal on Man Sagar Lake, and spend free time exploring Jaipur's exquisite bazaars for gemstones, block-printed silks, and Rajasthani jewellery. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Jaipur.

Day 6 Jaipur Sightseeing - Part 2 & Drive to Ranthambore

After breakfast, visit the grand City Palace - the living royal complex at the heart of the Pink City, with its exceptional museums of arms, textiles, and miniature paintings - and the remarkable Jantar Mantar observatory with its monumental 18th-century stone instruments. After lunch, drive to Ranthambore (approx. 180 km / 3.5 hrs) - one of India's most celebrated tiger reserves. Check in to the luxury jungle resort, brief the group on tomorrow's safari, and enjoy an early group dinner before resting up for the morning adventure. Overnight stay at luxury jungle resort in Ranthambore.

Day 7 Ranthambore Tiger Safari & Drive to Bundi

The morning belongs entirely to the jungle - an early open-jeep wildlife safari into Ranthambore National Park in search of Bengal tigers, leopards, sloth bears, crocodiles, and the park's extraordinary birdlife. The dramatic backdrop of Ranthambore Fort rising above the forest lakes adds a uniquely Rajasthani character to the safari that no other Indian wildlife reserve can match. After breakfast, drive to the charming royal town of Bundi (approx. 150 km / 3 hrs) - one of Rajasthan's best-kept secrets and a place that consistently delights small groups who encounter it for the first time. Overnight stay at heritage hotel in Bundi.

Day 8 Bundi Sightseeing & Drive to Udaipur

After breakfast, explore the quiet magic of Bundi with your guide. The dramatically situated Taragarh Fort offers sweeping hilltop views over the town and surrounding countryside. The Chitrashala courtyard within Bundi Palace is covered in remarkably well-preserved Rajput murals - among the finest examples of Rajasthani painting anywhere in the state. The magnificent Raniji ki Baori step-well, with its intricately carved galleries descending in perfect symmetry to the water below, is one of the most beautiful step-wells in all of Rajasthan. After lunch, drive to Udaipur (approx. 210 km / 4 hrs) and enjoy a group sunset boat ride on Lake Pichola upon arrival. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Udaipur.

Day 9 Udaipur Sightseeing

A full, indulgent day discovering Udaipur's palaces and lakeside beauty. Visit the breathtaking City Palace - Rajasthan's largest palace complex with extraordinary lake views from its terraces - the carved Jagdish Temple, the peaceful royal garden of Saheliyon ki Bari with its marble fountains and lotus pools, and the Bagore Ki Haveli for an evening of vibrant Rajasthani folk music and dance that small groups of this size invariably find joyful and intimate. The afternoon offers free time for a lakeside stroll, a rooftop café, or a quiet explore of Udaipur's atmospheric old city lanes. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Udaipur.

Day 10 Udaipur to Jodhpur

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur (approx. 260 km / 5 hrs), stopping en route at the magnificent Ranakpur Jain Temples - a breathtaking marble complex of 1,444 uniquely carved pillars set in a serene forest valley, one of the most remarkable architectural achievements in western India and a stop that consistently surprises even well-traveled group members. Arrive in Jodhpur, check in to the luxury heritage hotel, and gather for sundowner drinks on a rooftop with the first dramatic view of Mehrangarh Fort glowing above the blue city at dusk. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 11 Jodhpur Sightseeing & Drive to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, explore Jodhpur's magnificent heritage - the awe-inspiring Mehrangarh Fort rising 125 metres sheer above the blue city, its grandly decorated palaces and rampart views among the finest in all of Rajasthan - the delicate white marble Jaswant Thada cenotaph set in peaceful gardens, and a guided walk through the narrow, indigo-painted lanes of the old city below the fort. After lunch, drive to Jaisalmer (approx. 290 km / 5–6 hrs) - the Golden City of the Thar Desert. Check in to the boutique heritage hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 12 Jaisalmer Sightseeing & Luxury Desert Camp

After breakfast, explore the golden city - the living Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Qila), the magnificently carved Patwon Ki Haveli, the detailed Nathmal Ki Haveli, and the tranquil Gadsisar Lake. In the late afternoon, drive to the Sam Sand Dunes for a group camel safari across the rolling golden dunes at sunset - the Thar turning deep crimson and rose as the sun drops to the horizon.

Arrive at the luxury desert camp for an intimate group evening - a private bonfire, live folk musicians playing under the vast desert sky, a hot dinner in the open air, and above it all, a canopy of stars so brilliant and dense that first-time visitors to the Thar are invariably left speechless. Overnight stay at Luxury Desert Camp, Jaisalmer.

Day 13 Jaisalmer to Delhi - Departure

A gentle dawn start to watch the desert sunrise over the Sam Sand Dunes together - a golden, meditative final morning in Rajasthan. After camp breakfast, transfer to Jaisalmer Airport for the flight to Delhi and onward home. Your representative assists with all departure formalities.

because my time with him in India was the most organized and exciting two weeks of my existence. I spent two weeks touring Southern India with a class of 16 American students and one professor who had never been to India, but thanks to Nand, the trip was seamless. He took us to incredible locations and called upon his personal connections to create opportunities for us and ensure that we were involved and informed. The entire time we were there, Nand made India feel like home. Somehow, he found a way for us to experience a range of incredible, new experiences in a completly unfamiliar place, while always ensuring our safety, comfort, and awareness. There is nothing Nand will not do to make your trip incredible. I cannot reccommend him enough.  ...Read More

My wife had a wonderful 28 day trip around the main sights in Rajasthan, The Golden Triangle and onwards to Varanasi. Nand organised the hotels to our budget, the driver and guides all of which were very good. Without his expertise this trip would not have been possible so a big "thank you"!  ...Read More

Our trip with Top Indian Holidays was fantastic. Our family of five, including 3 small kids, visited the Golden Triangle of India. It was a wonderful cultural experience. I cannot recommend them enough. The hotel accommodations were great (we stayed at the trident hotels). The food was delicious. Everyone we met in India was so friendly and kind. We always felt safe. Our tour guide Nand was super nice and informative. Our kids’ favorite stop was the Monkey Temple :) The rickshaw ride through Delhi was exciting and fun.  ...Read More

I’ve made such wonderful memories here in India. For a week, I had the chance to work on my sister’s women’s healthcare project in the village of Chandelao, and then spent a weekend in Jaipur. The accommodations have been top notch, and both our guides- Kartika and Nand Singh- have become our good friends. Top Indian Holidays is a tour company dedicated to exceptional service. Despite traveling alone with my sister, we felt so safe and at home. I truly have fallen in love with I did!  ...Read More

Last year, I travelled throughout northern India for one month as part of a course at Saint Mary’s College. We had such incredible adventures, thanks to our in country guide and friend Nand Singh Rathore. I was so impressed by his company’s commitment to excellent hospitality that I planned another visit this March. The main purpose of my trip was to work on a women’s healthcare project in Chandelao. Top Indian Holidays was so helpful in organizing transportation and accommodations. Our guide, Kartika, and our driver, Bhim, made sure we were well taken care of. My project would not have gone smoothly if it weren’t for them- and I am so proud to call them my new friends! My sister and I stayed an extra weekend in Jaipur, and Nand Singh was amazing as usual. He is so, so good to us!!! If you visit India through Top Indian Holidays, I assure you that you will have a safe, adventurous, and unforgettable experience!  ...Read More

Top Indian Holidays is THE BEST! We came to India for the Jain Festival in south India at Shravanabelagola (which happens only once every 12 years) and continued on to the Golden Temple in Amritsar and to sit for teachings with His Holiness, the XIV Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. Top Indian Holidays handled all of the arrangements expertly, providing first rate service, excellent accommodations, transport, and first rate local guides! We've travelled through many, many countries with numerous very good travel agencies but none have provided the excellent service that Top Indian Holidays provided. They are committed to excellence. Thank you Top Indian Holidays!  ...Read More

We had an absolutely incredible experience touring India with Top Indian Holidays, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our journey took us through Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, and Jaipur, and every part of the trip was seamlessly organised from start to finish. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between sightseeing, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences. Seeing the Taj Mahal in Agra was, of course, a highlight, but the real standout moment was Ranthambore—where we were lucky enough to see tigers in the wild, something we’ll never forget. What really made the trip exceptional, though, was having the same driver with us throughout the entire journey.  ...Read More

On the advice of a friend we contacted Nand Singh Rathore at Top Indian Holidays in Jaipur. Nand worked with us and suggested a suitable tour over 5 days. We flew from Goa to Delhi and were met by our driver Ram Singh, whom stayed with us for the duration of the tour. Day 2 we visited the Taj Mahal with a very well informed local guide and spent 3 hours enjoying this special place. We then headed for Jaipur ( a 6 hour drive from Agra) stopping on the way at Chand Baori ( The Abhaneri Step Well). Day 3 in Jaipur we visited the Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, and the City Palace. We were also due to visit the Jantar Mantar but because of heavy rain and thunderstorms we missed this out. Day 4 we were picked up at our hotel for the 7 hour drive to Udaipur , stopping for lunch and comfort breaks on the way.  ...Read More
