Luxury Karnataka and Kerala Tour Package :- Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival in Bangalore

Upon arrival at Bangalore International Airport, guests are warmly welcomed by the representative of Top Indian Holidays and transferred privately to their luxury hotel. Bangalore, often referred to as India’s Garden City, combines pleasant weather, elegant urban spaces, colonial heritage, and modern luxury hospitality within one sophisticated environment.

After check-in, guests can relax comfortably after their international journey while enjoying the premium facilities of the hotel. The calm atmosphere of Bangalore creates a smooth and elegant beginning before the journey gradually moves into South India’s plantation hills and forest landscapes.

Later in the evening, guests may enjoy a curated welcome dinner featuring refined Karnataka cuisine and contemporary South Indian flavors presented within a luxury setting. Overnight stay in Bangalore.

Day 2 Bangalore to Mysore

After breakfast, depart toward the royal city of Mysore, historically associated with the powerful Wodeyar dynasty and Karnataka’s regal heritage. The drive passes through countryside landscapes and traditional settlements before entering one of India’s most elegant heritage cities.

Upon arrival, check into a luxury palace-style hotel reflecting Mysore’s royal atmosphere. Wide boulevards, heritage buildings, silk markets, and old palaces give the city a graceful character that feels noticeably calmer compared to larger Indian metropolitan centers.

Later in the evening, visit the magnificent Mysore Palace, beautifully illuminated after sunset. Lavish halls, stained glass ceilings, royal courtyards, chandeliers, and intricate carvings showcase the grandeur of Karnataka’s royal history. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay in Mysore.

Day 3 Mysore to Coorg

Morning departure takes guests toward the scenic plantation hills of Coorg, also known as Kodagu and often called the “Scotland of India.” The route gradually climbs into greener landscapes filled with coffee estates, spice plantations, forests, and mist-covered valleys.

Upon arrival, check into a luxury plantation resort surrounded by coffee estates and tropical greenery. Coorg is internationally known for its coffee culture, peaceful landscapes, and cooler climate that together create a highly relaxing atmosphere ideal for luxury nature travel.

The remainder of the day remains free for relaxation amidst the plantation surroundings. Guests may enjoy estate walks, coffee tasting experiences, or private dining while overlooking the hills and forests. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 4 Coorg Plantation Experiences

Morning begins with breakfast overlooking the plantation landscapes followed by a guided coffee estate exploration. Experts explain coffee cultivation, harvesting, roasting, and blending processes while guests walk through scenic plantation trails surrounded by tropical vegetation.

Continue toward scenic attractions including Abbey Falls and Raja’s Seat where panoramic views stretch across valleys and forest-covered hills. Coorg’s landscapes feel calm and deeply connected with nature, making the destination especially popular among couples and luxury travelers seeking peaceful mountain experiences.

Later in the afternoon, guests may enjoy wellness therapies, birdwatching sessions, or leisure time within the plantation resort. Evening remains peaceful with bonfire experiences or curated regional dining sessions. Overnight stay in Coorg.

Day 5 Coorg to Chikmagalur

After breakfast, continue toward the beautiful coffee region of Chikmagalur, another important plantation destination in Karnataka known for mountain landscapes, waterfalls, and premium estate retreats. The scenic drive remains highly rewarding with endless green hills and countryside views accompanying the route.

Upon arrival, check into a luxury coffee estate resort surrounded by rolling plantations and forested hills. Compared to Coorg’s broader landscapes, Chikmagalur feels quieter and more intimate with strong emphasis on plantation culture and slower mountain living.

Later in the afternoon, enjoy a relaxed plantation walk while learning about the region’s coffee-growing heritage. The cool weather, fresh mountain air, and peaceful atmosphere create a highly rejuvenating luxury experience. Overnight stay in Chikmagalur.

Day 6 Chikmagalur Exploration

Morning begins with breakfast followed by sightseeing across Chikmagalur’s scenic mountain landscapes. Visit selected viewpoints, waterfalls, and plantation regions where mist-covered valleys stretch across the Western Ghats.

Guests may also explore Mullayanagiri viewpoints and forest roads depending on seasonal accessibility and weather conditions. The region’s untouched beauty and cooler climate make it highly rewarding for photographers and nature lovers.

The afternoon remains intentionally relaxed to preserve the slower luxury rhythm of the itinerary. Guests may enjoy spa experiences, coffee tasting sessions, or simply spend time relaxing within the plantation estate. Overnight stay in Chikmagalur.

Day 7 Chikmagalur to Wayanad

After breakfast, depart for the forested hill region of Wayanad in Kerala. The route gradually transitions from Karnataka’s plantation landscapes into Kerala’s tropical forests and cooler mountain valleys.

Upon arrival, check into a luxury eco-retreat surrounded by forests and spice gardens. Wayanad is known for its peaceful atmosphere, wildlife landscapes, waterfalls, and wellness-focused luxury hospitality that blends naturally with the surrounding environment.

The evening remains free for nature walks, herbal wellness drinks, or quiet relaxation amidst the forests. The calm environment and cooler climate create a deeply soothing atmosphere after several scenic travel days. Overnight stay in Wayanad.

Day 8 Wayanad Nature Experiences

Morning begins with breakfast followed by guided nature experiences around Wayanad’s scenic landscapes. Guests may enjoy waterfall visits, plantation walks, birdwatching sessions, or forest exploration depending on personal interests.

Unlike crowded commercial hill stations, Wayanad maintains a quieter and more authentic atmosphere strongly connected with nature and local culture. Forest trails, spice gardens, bamboo groves, and mountain viewpoints together create a highly immersive experience for luxury travelers.

because my time with him in India was the most organized and exciting two weeks of my existence. I spent two weeks touring Southern India with a class of 16 American students and one professor who had never been to India, but thanks to Nand, the trip was seamless. He took us to incredible locations and called upon his personal connections to create opportunities for us and ensure that we were involved and informed. The entire time we were there, Nand made India feel like home. Somehow, he found a way for us to experience a range of incredible, new experiences in a completly unfamiliar place, while always ensuring our safety, comfort, and awareness. There is nothing Nand will not do to make your trip incredible. I cannot reccommend him enough.  ...Read More

My wife had a wonderful 28 day trip around the main sights in Rajasthan, The Golden Triangle and onwards to Varanasi. Nand organised the hotels to our budget, the driver and guides all of which were very good. Without his expertise this trip would not have been possible so a big "thank you"!  ...Read More

Our trip with Top Indian Holidays was fantastic. Our family of five, including 3 small kids, visited the Golden Triangle of India. It was a wonderful cultural experience. I cannot recommend them enough. The hotel accommodations were great (we stayed at the trident hotels). The food was delicious. Everyone we met in India was so friendly and kind. We always felt safe. Our tour guide Nand was super nice and informative. Our kids’ favorite stop was the Monkey Temple :) The rickshaw ride through Delhi was exciting and fun.  ...Read More

I’ve made such wonderful memories here in India. For a week, I had the chance to work on my sister’s women’s healthcare project in the village of Chandelao, and then spent a weekend in Jaipur. The accommodations have been top notch, and both our guides- Kartika and Nand Singh- have become our good friends. Top Indian Holidays is a tour company dedicated to exceptional service. Despite traveling alone with my sister, we felt so safe and at home. I truly have fallen in love with I did!  ...Read More

Last year, I travelled throughout northern India for one month as part of a course at Saint Mary’s College. We had such incredible adventures, thanks to our in country guide and friend Nand Singh Rathore. I was so impressed by his company’s commitment to excellent hospitality that I planned another visit this March. The main purpose of my trip was to work on a women’s healthcare project in Chandelao. Top Indian Holidays was so helpful in organizing transportation and accommodations. Our guide, Kartika, and our driver, Bhim, made sure we were well taken care of. My project would not have gone smoothly if it weren’t for them- and I am so proud to call them my new friends! My sister and I stayed an extra weekend in Jaipur, and Nand Singh was amazing as usual. He is so, so good to us!!! If you visit India through Top Indian Holidays, I assure you that you will have a safe, adventurous, and unforgettable experience!  ...Read More

Top Indian Holidays is THE BEST! We came to India for the Jain Festival in south India at Shravanabelagola (which happens only once every 12 years) and continued on to the Golden Temple in Amritsar and to sit for teachings with His Holiness, the XIV Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. Top Indian Holidays handled all of the arrangements expertly, providing first rate service, excellent accommodations, transport, and first rate local guides! We've travelled through many, many countries with numerous very good travel agencies but none have provided the excellent service that Top Indian Holidays provided. They are committed to excellence. Thank you Top Indian Holidays!  ...Read More

We had an absolutely incredible experience touring India with Top Indian Holidays, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our journey took us through Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, and Jaipur, and every part of the trip was seamlessly organised from start to finish. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between sightseeing, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences. Seeing the Taj Mahal in Agra was, of course, a highlight, but the real standout moment was Ranthambore—where we were lucky enough to see tigers in the wild, something we’ll never forget. What really made the trip exceptional, though, was having the same driver with us throughout the entire journey.  ...Read More

On the advice of a friend we contacted Nand Singh Rathore at Top Indian Holidays in Jaipur. Nand worked with us and suggested a suitable tour over 5 days. We flew from Goa to Delhi and were met by our driver Ram Singh, whom stayed with us for the duration of the tour. Day 2 we visited the Taj Mahal with a very well informed local guide and spent 3 hours enjoying this special place. We then headed for Jaipur ( a 6 hour drive from Agra) stopping on the way at Chand Baori ( The Abhaneri Step Well). Day 3 in Jaipur we visited the Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, and the City Palace. We were also due to visit the Jantar Mantar but because of heavy rain and thunderstorms we missed this out. Day 4 we were picked up at our hotel for the 7 hour drive to Udaipur , stopping for lunch and comfort breaks on the way.  ...Read More
