Corporate Group Tour Rajasthan

10 Nights/11 Days   Fully Guided Tours   Private Car

Delhi - Jaipur - Ranthambore - Udaipur - Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Delhi

Trip Overview

The Corporate Group Tour Rajasthan is a premium 10-night, 11-day fully managed retreat designed for corporate teams, leadership groups, and professional organisations looking to combine meaningful team building, cultural immersion, and shared adventure in one of the world's most spectacular destinations. Rajasthan - with its dramatic forts, desert landscapes, royal palaces, and centuries-old tradition of hospitality - provides a setting that is at once inspiring, humbling, and deeply conducive to the kind of human connection that transforms a group of colleagues into a genuinely cohesive team.

This itinerary has been carefully structured to balance curated sightseeing with purposeful team experiences at every stop. In Jaipur, a cooking workshop or block-printing session introduces the team to Rajasthan's living craft traditions. In Ranthambore, a dawn wildlife safari creates shared excitement and the kind of unscripted, bonding moments that no boardroom exercise can replicate. In Udaipur, a private boat dinner on Lake Pichola sets the stage for team recognition and celebration. In Jodhpur, a guided heritage walk through the blue city encourages observation, curiosity, and conversation. And in Jaisalmer, an overnight desert camp under the stars - with a camel safari, bonfire, and folk music - provides the tour's most powerful shared memory and the perfect closing note for any corporate retreat.

All logistics - transportation, accommodation, meals, guides, permits, and team activity coordination - are managed end-to-end by our experienced corporate travel team, leaving group leaders free to focus entirely on their people.

Corporate Group Tour Rajasthan :- Detail Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi Arrival

Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, our corporate travel representative receives the entire group and transfers everyone to the hotel in a private coach. The day is at leisure to freshen up and recover from travel. In the evening, the group gathers for a formal welcome dinner - a relaxed, convivial occasion to set the tone for the retreat, introduce the itinerary, and allow team members to arrive at the journey together. Overnight stay at premium hotel in Delhi.

Day 2 Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, the group embarks on a curated full-day Delhi tour. In Old Delhi, a cycle rickshaw ride through the vibrant lanes of Chandni Chowk, a visit to the grand Jama Masjid, and a walk past the iconic Red Fort bring India's extraordinary Mughal history to life in a way that invariably sparks lively group conversation. In New Delhi, the UNESCO-listed Humayun's Tomb and the soaring Qutub Minar are followed by a scenic evening drive past India Gate - a grand, inspiring close to the group's first full day in India. Overnight stay at premium hotel in Delhi.

Day 3 Delhi to Jaipur

After breakfast, the coach transfers the group to Jaipur (approx. 280 km / 5 hrs) - the Pink City and capital of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check in to the heritage hotel and spend the afternoon at leisure or in an optional team icebreaker activity at the hotel. In the evening, explore the vibrant walled city bazaars together - Johari Bazaar for gemstones, Bapu Bazaar for block-printed textiles - a colourful, energetic, and wonderfully informal group outing that sets the mood perfectly for the days ahead. Overnight stay at heritage hotel in Jaipur.

Day 4 Jaipur Sightseeing & Team Cultural Workshop

After breakfast, the group heads to the iconic Amber Fort for the elephant ride up the cobbled ramp to the fort's grand gateway - one of those shared experiences that immediately generates energy, laughter, and camaraderie within any group. Inside, explore the spectacular Sheesh Mahal and the painted Ganesh Pol gateway. Visit the Hawa Mahal, Jal Mahal, City Palace, and the remarkable Jantar Mantar observatory.

In the afternoon, the group participates in a team cultural workshop - choose from a traditional Rajasthani block-printing session, a hands-on cooking class preparing local Rajasthani dishes, or a blue pottery workshop - each a wonderful, light-hearted, and genuinely skill-building team activity that connects the group to Rajasthan's extraordinary living craft heritage. Overnight stay at heritage hotel in Jaipur.

Day 5 Jaipur to Ranthambore

After breakfast, drive to Ranthambore (approx. 180 km / 3.5 hrs) - one of India's most celebrated tiger reserves and the setting for the tour's most exciting shared adventure. Check in to the jungle resort, and spend the afternoon at leisure - a pool session, a nature walk on the resort grounds, or informal team time in the jungle setting. Brief the group on tomorrow's safari over a relaxed group dinner around a fire. Overnight stay at luxury jungle resort in Ranthambore.

Day 6 Ranthambore Tiger Safari & Drive to Udaipur

Rise at dawn for the group's open-jeep wildlife safari into Ranthambore National Park - tracking Bengal tigers through the dry deciduous forest, with the ancient ruins of Ranthambore Fort rising dramatically above the park's lakes. Few shared experiences bond a corporate group more effectively than the collective thrill of spotting a tiger in the wild - the excitement is immediate, genuine, and entirely unscripted. After breakfast, drive to Udaipur (approx. 340 km / 6 hrs) - India's most romantic city. Check in to the heritage hotel upon arrival. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Udaipur.

Day 7 Udaipur Sightseeing & Private Group Dinner

After breakfast, a full day exploring Udaipur's magnificent palaces and gardens. Visit the breathtaking City Palace - Rajasthan's largest palace complex - the carved Jagdish Temple, the lovely royal garden of Saheliyon ki Bari with its marble fountains and lotus pools, and enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola past the legendary floating Lake Palace.

In the evening, the tour's most elegant corporate experience - a private group dinner on a boat on Lake Pichola, or at a rooftop venue overlooking the illuminated City Palace and lake. This is the ideal setting for a team recognition dinner, an awards evening, or simply a celebration of the group's journey together - with Udaipur's extraordinary backdrop doing all the work. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Udaipur.

Day 8 Udaipur to Jodhpur

After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur (approx. 260 km / 5 hrs). En route, stop at the magnificent Ranakpur Jain Temples - a breathtaking marble complex of 1,444 uniquely carved pillars in a peaceful forest valley, a stop that consistently impresses and quiets even the most well-traveled corporate groups with the sheer scale and intricacy of its craftsmanship. Arrive in Jodhpur and check in to the heritage hotel. In the evening, gather on a rooftop for sundowner drinks with the first dramatic view of Mehrangarh Fort glowing above the blue city at dusk. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Jodhpur.

Day 9 Jodhpur Sightseeing & Drive to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, explore Jodhpur's extraordinary heritage with the guide. The magnificent Mehrangarh Fort - rising 125 metres sheer above the blue city - is among the most impressive forts in all of India, its decorated palaces and sweeping rampart views guaranteed to leave the group genuinely awed. Visit the white marble Jaswant Thada cenotaph and take a guided heritage walk through the blue-painted old city lanes - a walk full of colour, character, spice markets, and the kind of spontaneous human encounters that corporate groups often find the most memorable moments of the entire trip. After lunch, drive to Jaisalmer (approx. 290 km / 5–6 hrs). Check in upon arrival. Overnight stay at luxury heritage hotel in Jaisalmer.

Day 10 Jaisalmer Sightseeing & Desert Team Building Camp

After breakfast, explore the golden city - the living Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Qila), the magnificently carved Patwon Ki Haveli, and the tranquil Gadsisar Lake. In the late afternoon, drive to the Sam Sand Dunes for the tour's most powerful team building experience - a group camel safari across the rolling golden dunes as the desert sun sets and the Thar turns deep crimson.

Arrive at the luxury desert camp for the retreat's closing evening - a group bonfire under a vast, brilliant desert sky, live folk musicians, traditional Rajasthani dance, a hot dinner in the open air, and optional team activities including a desert treasure hunt, stargazing session, or a group reflection circle around the fire. This final desert evening consistently produces the strongest team bonding moments of the entire retreat - and the memories it creates tend to last well beyond the journey home. Overnight stay at Luxury Desert Camp, Jaisalmer.

Day 11 Jaisalmer to Delhi - Departure

A gentle dawn start to watch the desert sunrise over the Sam Sand Dunes - a peaceful, meditative, and fittingly grand final morning. After camp breakfast, transfer to Jaisalmer Airport for the flight to Delhi and onward home. Our corporate travel representative assists the group with all departure formalities.

Thank you for choosing Rajasthan for your team retreat. We hope your colleagues return home not just as better teammates - but as lifelong friends

because my time with him in India was the most organized and exciting two weeks of my existence. I spent two weeks touring Southern India with a class of 16 American students and one professor who had never been to India, but thanks to Nand, the trip was seamless. He took us to incredible locations and called upon his personal connections to create opportunities for us and ensure that we were involved and informed. The entire time we were there, Nand made India feel like home. Somehow, he found a way for us to experience a range of incredible, new experiences in a completly unfamiliar place, while always ensuring our safety, comfort, and awareness. There is nothing Nand will not do to make your trip incredible. I cannot reccommend him enough.  ...Read More

My wife had a wonderful 28 day trip around the main sights in Rajasthan, The Golden Triangle and onwards to Varanasi. Nand organised the hotels to our budget, the driver and guides all of which were very good. Without his expertise this trip would not have been possible so a big "thank you"!  ...Read More

Our trip with Top Indian Holidays was fantastic. Our family of five, including 3 small kids, visited the Golden Triangle of India. It was a wonderful cultural experience. I cannot recommend them enough. The hotel accommodations were great (we stayed at the trident hotels). The food was delicious. Everyone we met in India was so friendly and kind. We always felt safe. Our tour guide Nand was super nice and informative. Our kids’ favorite stop was the Monkey Temple :) The rickshaw ride through Delhi was exciting and fun.  ...Read More

I’ve made such wonderful memories here in India. For a week, I had the chance to work on my sister’s women’s healthcare project in the village of Chandelao, and then spent a weekend in Jaipur. The accommodations have been top notch, and both our guides- Kartika and Nand Singh- have become our good friends. Top Indian Holidays is a tour company dedicated to exceptional service. Despite traveling alone with my sister, we felt so safe and at home. I truly have fallen in love with I did!  ...Read More

Last year, I travelled throughout northern India for one month as part of a course at Saint Mary’s College. We had such incredible adventures, thanks to our in country guide and friend Nand Singh Rathore. I was so impressed by his company’s commitment to excellent hospitality that I planned another visit this March. The main purpose of my trip was to work on a women’s healthcare project in Chandelao. Top Indian Holidays was so helpful in organizing transportation and accommodations. Our guide, Kartika, and our driver, Bhim, made sure we were well taken care of. My project would not have gone smoothly if it weren’t for them- and I am so proud to call them my new friends! My sister and I stayed an extra weekend in Jaipur, and Nand Singh was amazing as usual. He is so, so good to us!!! If you visit India through Top Indian Holidays, I assure you that you will have a safe, adventurous, and unforgettable experience!  ...Read More

Top Indian Holidays is THE BEST! We came to India for the Jain Festival in south India at Shravanabelagola (which happens only once every 12 years) and continued on to the Golden Temple in Amritsar and to sit for teachings with His Holiness, the XIV Dalai Lama in Dharamsala. Top Indian Holidays handled all of the arrangements expertly, providing first rate service, excellent accommodations, transport, and first rate local guides! We've travelled through many, many countries with numerous very good travel agencies but none have provided the excellent service that Top Indian Holidays provided. They are committed to excellence. Thank you Top Indian Holidays!  ...Read More

We had an absolutely incredible experience touring India with Top Indian Holidays, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Our journey took us through Delhi, Agra, Ranthambore, and Jaipur, and every part of the trip was seamlessly organised from start to finish. The itinerary struck the perfect balance between sightseeing, relaxation, and unforgettable experiences. Seeing the Taj Mahal in Agra was, of course, a highlight, but the real standout moment was Ranthambore—where we were lucky enough to see tigers in the wild, something we’ll never forget. What really made the trip exceptional, though, was having the same driver with us throughout the entire journey.  ...Read More

On the advice of a friend we contacted Nand Singh Rathore at Top Indian Holidays in Jaipur. Nand worked with us and suggested a suitable tour over 5 days. We flew from Goa to Delhi and were met by our driver Ram Singh, whom stayed with us for the duration of the tour. Day 2 we visited the Taj Mahal with a very well informed local guide and spent 3 hours enjoying this special place. We then headed for Jaipur ( a 6 hour drive from Agra) stopping on the way at Chand Baori ( The Abhaneri Step Well). Day 3 in Jaipur we visited the Amer Fort, Hawa Mahal, and the City Palace. We were also due to visit the Jantar Mantar but because of heavy rain and thunderstorms we missed this out. Day 4 we were picked up at our hotel for the 7 hour drive to Udaipur , stopping for lunch and comfort breaks on the way.  ...Read More
