Maharana Udai Mirza Singh built Udaipur after whom it was named. Famously also known as Sajjan Garh was built by Maharana Sajjan Singh in 1984. It is not huge and tall but the sunset view it offers for its visitors is mesmerizing and breathe taking, also bird viewing has its own fun. Its remnants make one feel like antique architecture palace, likely to make feel haunted! The reason being it is named as Monsoon palace is that it was built at the time of arrival of Monsoon for ascertain Monsoon activities in the nearby area.
Bagore Ki Haveli
Mharan Shakti Singh who put up from Bagore started living in this haveli till the end of 18th century which was originally built by Amir Chand Badwa from the royal court. This haveli is located near lake Pichola, hence, scenic beauty is natural and instant. Inside the haveli a small section is dedicated where the belongings of that time has been kept for general public which includes Furniture, accessories of Maharani, clothing, archery gadgets, swords, vessels etc.
Shiv Niwas Palace
It is another beautiful palace of Udaipur which was built by Maharana Fateh Singh in 18th century which was exclusively reserved for visiting dignitaries and close relatives of Royal family. Now it is fully converted into commercial Heritage Hotel offering the world best experience of living life like a king. Its beautiful garden, lavish swimming pool, dining area located on bank of Pichola makes its visitor to live here forever.
It is devoted to Lord Vishnu was constructed in the reign of Maharana Jagat Singh who was a great patron of Lord Vishnu. This temple is build using Indo-Aryan Style of architecture which can be captured in its Mandapa, entrance Hall, Roof Tops having minute design carved out magnificently keeping the Vastushastra maths arranged in the perfect manner.
Rana Kumbha was the great warrior whose story and poems of bravery can be still found in the air of Udaipur and its nearby towns and villages.it is also bith place of Great Maharana Pratap. Kumbhal Garh is that iconic fort which is standing tall and giant reflecting the great personality of its creator. This Fort is located at a height welcoming its visitors through its giant gates.
