 Tatu Meena was the ruler who built this fort in 944 AD. This fort is oldest one and located on hill top surrounded by Aravali Hills and Vindhyachal Hills. Most of its part is not well maintained and reflects ignorance demanding attention from local and government authorities. But tourist can still find a picturesque view from its top. Its architecture has a perfect match for Rajasthani Art along with the renovated word belonging to Mughal Art because later in 1528 it was captured by Akbar who modified its interior.
